One of Simple Booth\u2019s top features for businesses is the ability to track how Galleries and photos are performing on social media. The new updates make it easier than ever. If you\u2019ve logged into your Simple Booth dashboard <\/a>recently, you may have already noticed a few of the improvements.

The three biggest updates include:<\/strong>

  1. The improved design makes it easier to find the metrics you\u2019re looking for.<\/li>
  2. A deeper drill-down of social sharing metrics gives a more detailed look at your customer’s demographics.<\/li>
  3. A new hashtag feature lets you more easily see who has shared photos with your hashtag on Instagram.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The new analytics dashboard accommodates the growing amounts of metrics you\u2019ll find there with separate sections for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter metrics. For each platform, we can track different data, and that is reflected clearly and easy to sort through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With the new layout, you\u2019ll be able to easily gather the essential social stats you\u2019re looking for.

    New insights into “intent to share”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    On the Simple Booth dashboard, Share button intent tracks the number of times a photo is shared directly from your Gallery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For some social networks, like Facebook, your Gallery photos are shared with a link. That link is what makes it possible to track additional engagement such as Facebook shares, reactions, and comments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Because Instagram limits content to photos or video, but not links, photo booth participants will share the actual media file to Instagram. After we hand off the photo or video file, we can’t track interactions with it anymore\u2014that’s just how the internet works! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Instead, we provide the number of shares to Instagram, or at least intent to share to Instagram, so you can still see what social traction is happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
